prices include: private driver-guide, transport (air conditioned minivan or large sedan), all air flights and train rides within Italy during the tour, all entrance fees as suggested on itinerary, accommodation in small hotels and Bed & Breakfasts (comfortable double room with private bathroom), continental breakfasts, light lunches (i.e. quiche, sandwich, soup), dinners in upscale restaurants (3 items to choose freely à la carte) with local wine (half a bottle per dinner per person), taxes and tolls. In all cases, "Luxury" tour prices include the best available accommodation, the finest available cuisine and the best available local wine.
To secure your booking A La Carte Italy Tours needs a 20% non-refundable deposit (usually between 3-12 months in advance). The balance of the fee is payable 60 days before the start of the tour. Both Visa and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment. Please use the secured payment means that is described during our booking process.
Cancellation Policy: The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations received in writing 30 days before departure, there is a 50% refund. For cancellations received in writing until the day before departure, there is a 20% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received on the day of or after the departure date.
